| Welcome to Tea Talk, where you can share a cuppa with me! When I was in 6th grade, my teacher read us an essay called "Fantasy versus Reality." I was captivated by the idea that fantasy could come true and therefore be "real," depending on the way life unfolded. I used to sit by my record player--which at the time happened to be in my closet!--reading this essay out loud to the strains of "Love is All Around" by The Troggs--all the while wondering if I wanted a fantasy life or a real life. Creating through my writing--AND running a Victorian Bed & Breakfast--allows me to have both worlds, I think. Now I ponder this sort of thing from my very own secret garden!
